V.Good when the price is right.

Breakfast was a really good spread. From Full English to Asian plus various breads & fruits. Help Yourself.

Excellent value for money option resort in Khao Lak.

Excellent value for money, great location and lovely friendly staff. Pool was clean & breakfast had lots of options. There was a drying rack handy for doing the odd bit of hand washing. For us, an enjoyable stay 50m from the beach, perfect to recover from jet lag.

They didn’t respond to messages we sent via booking.com - I had to email the property directly. We arrived extremely late after a very long flight so there was a bit of a wait while someone came to give us room keys and then there was no hot water for a shower at that time of night. But honestly these were fairly minor issues and not a complaint as such, more for info!

Very welcoming, we had a great time.

We were greeted with special cold drinks when we checked in, which was very welcoming after a long taxi ride fro Phuket. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of food. The pool was nice and towels for the pool or beach were provided. the room was reconfigured to two single beds as we requested when booking. The beach is very close and is accessed by a path direct from the hotel.

Charge for extra bed for child. Another hotel nearby did not have this charge.

Beautiful & Relaxing

From the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough for us even under the tense situation of the rise of covid -19 (we arrived before closedown). Had part of our flight home cancelled so was unsure how long we would have to stay (originally booked for 6 nights). Managed to book a flight home so had to cut our stay down to 3 nights and was only charged for the actual length of our stay. Also celebrating our anniversary and they decorated the room beautifully for our arrival! Room was very comfy and had all we needed - the only thing I would suggest is some mosquito nets or zappers! Great restaurant on site serving delicious food and only a short stroll to the beach. The main road with bars, shops and restaurants is around 5-10 minutes walk away. Lovely swimming pool area and well kept gardens made for a very relaxed feeling. We can’t wait until things get back to some sort of normality and we will definitely be returning here for our next trip!!

Very Good

Pretty good location, only a 5 to 10min walk to the main street with restaurants and shops on the way. Ideal if you prefer going to the pool instead of the beach as there is no direct beach access and as all beaches in Khao lak the one accessible has no where to lay down/sun bathe due to the tides

Great mattress on bed. Clean facilities. Beautiful gardens. Good good, good price. Good drink price. Buffet breakfast good. Staff friendly Good size rooms. Clean pool.

No swim up bar. No shade in pool. No 24-7 room meal order service.

Great hotel

Good location, friendly staff. An attractive property with a lovely backdrop to look out on from the pool/restaurant area. Good range of breakfast options. We also had dinner at the hotel on two occasions and really enjoyed the food.

Great Location close to the Beach

The Resort is not too big and quiet with beautiful grounds and a nice pool. All facilities are well maintained. The breakfast is very good and the hotel is only some 50 m away from the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there. A lot of nice restaurants an a good supermarket are in walking distance.

the restaurant offers good quality at reasonable price, but if you like Thai food, than the offer is limited. Apparently the majority of guests prefer western cuisine. But--- see above. Quite a lot of good Thai and Fish restaurants in the surrounding.

A good family holiday option away from 'party central.' Genuine, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Friendly atmosphere in the village. Good excursions.

A ceiling fan in the room would be a good second option to air conditioning. In the longer term, some form of careful regulation in this region will be needed to avoid tourist saturation and over commercialization.

A mid size comfortable resort

Not too big. Not on beach (so cheaper) but a only 100m from sand. Very clean and comfortable Large rooms Nice buffet breakfast

The grounds is mostly open lawns with pool in centre. Not tropical and luxurious looking like some other resorts. No swim up bar Limited pool option Most guest in January were older Russian couples (lovely people). But if you are looking for a place to mingle with younger people or a place for young children to have playmates this is not the place for you.
